Our Leaders
EcoPsych started when Sadhika, an aspiring psychologist, noticed that most environmental solutions such as joining clean-ups or protests were not working. And thus Sadhika asked her friend, Nghia, an aspiring environmental scientist, to bring their passions together and start EcoPsych. In November 2024, the team participated in the ‘ReThink Plastic Challenge’ in HCMC and won a 10 million VND grant. This gave them the passion to start pursuing EcoPsych seriously and expand it to schools all over!​​​
​Since then, EcoPsych has grown into a long-term movement focused on changing environmental habits and shifting community mindsets. Our work is grounded in behavioral psychology and nudge theory, aiming to make sustainable choices the easy, default option.

With a collaborative and interdisciplinary structure, our team includes departments in communications, content, design, events, finance, psychology, and sustainability. Together, we work to support both behavioral shifts in students and policy changes in school management, ultimately striving to make environmental conservation more accessible in the daily lives of Vietnamese students.
