ABout us

We are the EcoPsych team, a student-led advisory organization that brings together environmental science and behavioral psychology to promote sustainable change within school communities. Founded by Sadhika (our student psychology specialist) and Nghia (our student environmental science specialist) after launching the ReThink Plastic Vietnam initiative, EcoPsych has grown into a long-term movement focused on reducing plastic consumption and shifting community mindsets.

Our work is grounded in behavioral psychology and nudge theory, aiming to make sustainable choices the easy, default option. With a collaborative and interdisciplinary structure, our team includes departments in communications, content, design, events, finance, psychology, and sustainability. Together, we work to support both behavioral shifts in students and policy changes in school management, ultimately striving to make environmental conservation more accessible in the daily lives of Vietnamese students.
